Returns and refunds are not applicable due to items being customized.
Exchanges:
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hbapparel20@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Poor Quality or Damaged:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or of poor quality, please email us at hbapparel20@gmail.com with an explanation of the issue and attach a photo of the problem. Note that we are not responsible for items damaged in shipping, such as a damaged shoe box.
Wrong Product Shipped:
If you received the wrong product in your order, please email us hbapparel20@gmail.com your order number, a photo of what was ordered, and a photo of the product that was received.
Missing Items:
In the case of missing items in an order, please email us hbapparel20@gmail.com your order number and the missing items number from the order.
Important Notes:
All exchange claims, quality issues, wrong product, or missing items notifications must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
